Z-laser 3D Laser projector LP-HFD (1)

The LP-HFD is a laser projector with a red or a green laser beam that is optimized for projecting on 3D objects. A high repetition rate of 50Hz provides for a stable and precise projection. Additionally covering large working areas is ensured with a wide optical angle.

Cardanic mounting

Cardanic mounting for laser projectors, for a flexible positioning along all three directional axes. Flexible, simple, stable, industrial standard.

Air cooling / Water cooling

At high temperatures, an extendable air or water cooling, lowering the projectors temperature to the desired point, can be used to achieve a constant projection and extend the projector's lifetime.

Cable or wireless remote control

The remote control can be used with laser projectors LP-HFD red and LP-HFD green. Some commands can be:
"Calibrate laser","Next and previous pen","Change of projection image","Rotation","Adjustment"

Industrial PC cabinet

Optionally with UPS and water cooling. This robust industrial PC-Cabinet is especially designed for a rough industry use. Optionally the PC-Cabinet can include an independent power supply (UPS) and a water cooling for the projector.

Customer-designed laser menu

The laser projector can be controlled through a projected menu via reflection. This menu can be customized for your needs.

Glass reflectors

The production process of oil tempered wire consists of drawing, heating to above autenitizing temperature and quenching into oil or equivalent quenchant, so that fine tempered martensite having high fatigue strength and enough ductility is obtained.

Instructions

Since 0il tempered wire is susceptible to hydrogen brittleness and delayed fracture, please observe the following instructions.

  1. Tempering shall be applied immediately after coiling.
  2. Pickling nor plating shall not be applied.
  3. The wire shall not be used under corrosive environment.
